Pastor Ava serves diligently in ministry alongside her husband, Pastor Ronald Smith, Jr., Senior Pastor of His Cloud of Glory Christian Center in Elgin,IL. She teaches and ministers in a simplistic high energy manner making sure people (especially youth & women) understand what it means to Pursue, Overtake and Recover all the enemy has stolen as well as their God-given rights to Dominion in the earth.
As a teen, she would watch Apostolic Church of God in Chicago on television and one day took 2 buses to the church, eventually giving her life to Jesus Christ growing up under the priceless leadership of Bishop Arthur M. Brazier. As a young woman before entering ministry, she started living a life of rebellion that lead to much pain, abuse, rejection, and single parenting. After a few years of very hard life lessons, she began looking for a personal relationship with God as well as a serious change in her life. God delivered her!
She now ministers at Women’s and Teen Conferences within the United States and London, England. Her life is a testament of how God can transition and restore a life of rebellion into a life of Royalty. She is the proud mother of one son, Jonathan (aka Johnnie Rep).
Pastor Ava is the founder and director of Ladies Locker Room Womens Fellowship, Extreme TakeOver Womens Network, The Royal View TalkShow, G.L.O.W. (Gods Leaders of the World) Teen Ministry, S.P.A.R.K. (Serving Powerfully as Righteous Kids) Youth & Dance Ministry. She is the Senior Administrator for GLOFEST (Gods Love Outside) Community Outreach in Elgin, IL. She was ordained as a Pastor in October 2007 under the Association of Independent Ministries (A.I.M.) led by Bishop I.V. and Pastor Bridget Hilliard of New Light Christian Center in Houston, TX.
